Restaurante Gala is located in Espronceda Street, in the traditional Chamberí neighborhood of Madrid. A small restaurant in which since its opening, in the distant year 1989, we have maintained our hallmarks: elaborate market cuisine in which the quality of the ingredients and the care in cooking them are evident and taste in every dish.

In Gala we offer true market cuisine, totally dependent on the daily availability of product in order to offer our customers a fresh and succulent cuisine capable of satisfying the most demanding. Our Menu is renewed with the arrival of each season, as well as our Tasting Menu, through which our customers can take a "walk" through the dishes that most appeal to them and get to know our cuisine in depth.

The Gala Tasting Menu synthesizes the essence of our restaurant in which we offer a refined and tasty cuisine in which the best products shine thanks to a respectful and conscientious elaboration. This menu is the ideal gift for any lover of good food, and will undoubtedly be received by the lucky gourmand with joy and gratitude. Our sign of identity is reflected in our seasonal tasting menus. Every season we change the menu adapting it to the seasonal products.

It is composed of more than 100 references of great variety and high quality of red, white, rosé and sparkling wines. Each one of them selected with a different purpose and with the courage to surprise the senses of those who try them. This menu has been elaborated by authentic wine lovers.
